DESCRIPTION OF PP STRAPPING EQUIPMENT
PP strapping equipment can be customized according to customer requirements and can extrude 2-12 PP straps at the same time.

PP strapping production line process flow:
① Raw materials → ② Mixing raw materials → ③ Pre-drying raw materials → ④ Melting raw materials in the main machine and extruding → ⑤ Cooling and shaping the blank (strip blank) → ⑥ Heating and shaping in the oven → ⑦ Primary stretching → ⑧ Secondary stretching → ⑨ Embossing → ⑩ Tempering and shaping in the oven → ⑪ Cooling → ⑫ Finished product winding (online printing of fonts is supported)
PP strapping production line layout dimensions:
① Two PP extrusion lines simultaneously (one PP line for two extrusions):
Capacity: Approximately 2.5 tons/24 hours. Requires 1-2 operators. Total length approx. 28m * 2m * 4m (maximum).
Total power: 80KW. Operating power: 40-45KW.
② Three PP extrusion lines simultaneously (one PP line for three extrusions):
Capacity: Approximately 3.5 tons/24 hours. Requires 1-2 operators. Total length approx. 30m * 2m * 4m (maximum).
Total power: 90KW. Operating power: 45-50KW.
③ Four PP extrusion lines simultaneously (one PP line for four extrusions):
Capacity: Approximately 5-6 tons/24 hours. Requires 1-2 operators. Total length approx. 36m * 2m * 4m (maximum).
Total power: 100KW. Operating power: 50-55KW.
