PET strapping production equipment/PET strapping machine is a high-speed, environmentally friendly extrusion machine that can produce PET strapping with a width of 9-32mm. The finished PET strapping is an environmentally friendly polymer material widely used in packaging and strapping. Its excellent comprehensive performance has gradually replaced traditional steel strapping, making it the preferred strapping material for heavy industries such as logistics, chemicals, building materials, glass, chemical fibers, brick factories, and aluminum materials.
Based on our clients' production needs, we have specifically developed a smart PET production line adapted to the industrial environment in Vietnam. The core equipment features a modular design, offering full-process functions including automatic raw material feeding, precise metering, extrusion molding, online testing, and automatic finished product packaging. This significantly reduces labor costs and is energy-efficient, consuming 15%-20% less energy than traditional PET equipment.
