The main process conditions for PET strapping production are as follows:
Material dehumidification and drying: (140-160)℃ temperature, drying time (4-6) hours;
Extruder heating temperature: (180-280)℃ with segmented heating, melt temperature approximately 270℃;
Cooling water temperature for forming the strap blank: (20-50)℃;
Longitudinal stretching ratio: (4-7) times;
Production line speed: (120-200) m/min;
Heating and stretching temperature: (70-100)℃;
Heat treatment temperature: (120-180)℃
