Vietnamese Customer---6straps Twin-Screw Core-Coated PP Strapping belt Production Line Successfully Put into Operation

A Vietnamese customer purchased one cored PP strapping belt production line with an extrusion capacity of 500-600 kg/h. It primarily produces 10mm wide PP strapping belt for automatic strapping and is used in ceramic floor tile factories with excellent results.

Screw-----The machine utilizes high-quality 38CrMoALA screw material, renowned for its exceptional strength and durability.

Type------ Available in single-screw or twin-screw extruders, capable of producing all-plastic PP strapping belt or cored PP strapping belt, depending on the customer's needs.

Calcium carbonate------ During the manufacturing process, calcium carbonate can be added according to the raw material ratio to reduce production costs and save manufacturing expenses.

Line speed-----The PP strapping belt production line operates at high speeds of up to 200-300 m/min, offering high throughput and low energy consumption.

PP strapping belt production line can be equipped with either an Automatic or manual screen changer.
Automatic screen changers allow for filter replacement without downtime, enabling 24/7 production. Manual screen changers require downtime for filter replacement, a process that takes approximately 30 minutes per change.
