Beschrijving van PP PET banding automatische wikkelmachine:
1. De automatische winder gebruikt een servomotor om de banden te rangschikken, wat geschikt is voor het wikkelen van PP bandingband met een breedte van 5-19mm. De bijbehorende bandbreedte wordt geselecteerd via het PLC touchscreen voor het wikkelen en opwinden. Het hele proces vereist geen handmatige vervanging van het transmissietandwiel en de riemsleuf.
2. Nadat de hele rol bandingband is opgewikkeld, stopt de machine automatisch, vervangt automatisch de papieren koker, snijdt automatisch de bandingband af, fixeert de kop van de bandingband met een clip en wisselt automatisch de rol voor het wikkelen. Het hele proces wordt automatisch voltooid.
3. De opwikkelas gebruikt de koppelmodusregeling van de servomotor. Het koppel tijdens het wikkelen kan worden ingesteld en gedebugd via het PLC touchscreen, zodat bandingbanden met verschillende gewichten of breedtes kunnen worden opgewikkeld met het juiste koppel, en de buigvervorming van de bandingband na het wikkelen kan worden geminimaliseerd.

① PLC Besturing------ PLC besturing maakt intuïtieve parameterinstellingen, opslag van meerdere specificaties en schakelen met één druk op de knop mogelijk.
② Servomotor------- Servomotorbesturing zorgt voor netter wikkelen, soepeler werking en minder storingen, waardoor integratie met andere productielijnapparatuur mogelijk is.
③ Extra Functies-------- Automatische laminering van afgewerkte PP-banden en automatische omschakeling tussen verschillende papieren kernen.
