De band kan worden geproduceerd met behulp van 100% nieuw polypropyleen, gerecycled polypropyleen, of een mengsel van nieuw polypropyleen. Calciumcarbonaat kan ook worden toegevoegd om aan de behoeften van de klant te voldoen om de productiekosten te verlagen, de productwinsten te verhogen en het concurrentievermogen op de markt te vergroten.
2. De verschillende specificaties van de geproduceerde band zijn compatibel met verschillende volledig automatische onbemande bandverpakkingsmachines, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
3. Hoge output en snelle lijnsnelheden, met lijnsnelheden van eindproducten die oplopen tot 300 m/min.
4. Zeer nauwkeurige, hoogwaardige schroeven, afkomstig van gerenommeerde merken en met unieke parameterontwerpen, bieden voordelen zoals hoge extrusiecapaciteit, uitstekende plasticisatie, hoge hardheid en slijtvastheid.
