FUNCTIES:
1. Grondstoffen-----De grondstoffen van de PP bandband productielijn kunnen 100% gerecyclede materialen of gemengde materialen of 100% nieuwe materialen zijn om bandbanden te produceren. Calciumcarbonaat kan ook op passende wijze worden toegevoegd, afhankelijk van de omstandigheden van de klant, om de productiekosten te verlagen, de productwinst te verhogen en de concurrentie op de markt te doorbreken.
2. Bandmachine------De verschillende specificaties van de geproduceerde bandbanden kunnen worden gebruikt voor verschillende volledig automatische onbemande bandmachines in binnen- en buitenland.
3. Lijn snelheid-------Hoge output, de snelheid van het eindproduct kan oplopen tot 260-300m/min.
4. Schroef---------Zeer nauwkeurige hoogwaardige schroeven, met behulp van bekende merken, uniek parameterontwerp, met de voordelen van groot extrusievolume, goede plastificatie, hoge hardheid en slijtvastheid.
5. Vorm--------Buitenlandse kwaliteit CNC-machine snijden, zeer nauwkeurige matrijsonderdelen, zodat de vormkwaliteit van het product stabiel is, de diktefoutmarge kleiner is dan de nationale bandband acceptatiestandaard.
