Een elektrische omsnoeringstool, ook wel een elektrische omsnoeringsmachine genoemd, is een geautomatiseerd, elektrisch aangedreven gereedschap dat snel omsnoeringsbanden (zoals PP-banden, PET-banden of stalen banden) aanspant, vastzet en afsnijdt. Het wordt veel gebruikt in industrieën zoals logistiek, warehousing, productie en constructie. In vergelijking met handmatige of pneumatische omsnoeringstools biedt het een grotere efficiëntie en vermindert het de arbeidsconsumptie, waardoor het geschikt is voor omsnoering met gemiddelde tot hoge sterkte.

Installatie van PP-bandhaspel:
1) Schroef eerst het handwiel los en verwijder de buitenste bandenschijf.
2) Laad vervolgens de PP-tape rol, de tape ring moet worden geladen volgens de draairichting die op de tapeschijf is aangegeven, en de steunklauwen houden de tape ring omhoog.
3) Laad de buitenste bandschijf, let er bij het laden van de buitenste bandschijf op dat de sleuf op de schijf is uitgelijnd met de pin op de as.
4) Draai het handwiel vast
