PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF PET PLASTIC STEEL BELT:
PET packaging belt (also known as PET strapping belt, plastic steel tape) is a high-strength plastic strapping material made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as the main raw material. It is widely used in logistics, warehousing, building materials, papermaking, metal and other industries.
Main features:
1. Material properties
PET material-----It is made of polyester resin by extrusion and stretching, and has excellent tensile strength, impact resistance and weather resistance.
Environmental protection-----It can be recycled and meets environmental protection requirements. Some products use recycled PET raw materials.
Temperature resistance-----It has a wide working temperature range (-40℃～120℃), does not soften at high temperatures, and is not easy to crack at low temperatures.
2. Physical properties
High strength-----The tensile strength can reach 200-800MPa (much higher than PP strapping tape), which is close to the performance of steel tape, but lighter.
High toughness-----Elongation (about 20-30%), it is not easy to relax after bundling, maintains lasting tension, and is not easy to break, making the product more firm and secure.
Anti-corrosion-----Acid and alkali resistant, moisture-proof, rust-proof, suitable for humid or corrosive environments

Furthermore, it exhibits excellent corrosion resistance to refrigerants that may come into contact with during cold chain transportation (such as dry ice volatiles and antifreeze residues), and will not undergo chemical reactions that lead to performance degradation.
