Five-roller traction machine—The five-roller traction system provides stable traction, ensuring smooth operation, reducing failure rates, and lowering maintenance costs by 60%.
Embossing wheel—SKD-11 material, featuring a custom-made, high-precision embossing and clamping mechanism with adjustable pressure, allowing the embossing wheel to move up and down synchronously. The embossing pattern is clear and beautiful, and the product quality rivals that of European, American, Japanese, and Korean strapping tape.
Winding machine—The constant-force winding system features unique design parameters, meeting high production requirements and delivering superior winding performance.
Raw material—Can be produced entirely from 100% bottle flakes/shredded material.
