Main Components

Main Body------Made of high-strength aluminum alloy or steel, it is durable and can withstand high strapping tension.

Air Motor-------The core power source of the machine, converting compressed air energy into mechanical energy to tighten the strapping strap.

Tensioning System------Driven by the air motor, the strapping strap is tightened at high speed through a gear or friction wheel mechanism.

Working Principle
1. Threading-----The operator threads the strapping tape around the packaged item and passes the tape head through the machine's guide slots and pressure plate.
2. Tensioning----- Pressing the trigger activates the pneumatic motor, which activates the tensioning system, tightening the strapping tape with extreme force, securing the package securely. The tightening force can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure or a regulating valve on the machine.
3. Bonding----- When the preset tension is reached, the machine automatically triggers the bonding process. Upper and lower friction plates or heated blades press the overlapping portions of the strapping tape together, melting and bonding them through friction or heat.
4. Cutting------ Once bonding is complete, the cutter automatically extends to cut off the excess strapping tape, completing one strapping cycle.
5. Reset------Once all operations are completed, the machine automatically resets and prepares for the next product packaging cycle.
