Lijnsnelheid ----De snelheid van de eindproductlijn kan200-300 m/min, hoge snelheid, intelligente werking.
Wikkelmachine----- PP-bandenkan worden uitgerust met een volledig automatische of een semi-automatische wikkelmachine (de klant moet kiezen op basis van zijn eigen eisen)

Belangrijkste onderdelen
De productielijn voor PP-banden bestaat voornamelijk uit de volgende onderdelen:
Feeder--- verplaatst PP polypropyleen grondstoffen naar de machinevat.
Extruder--- gebruikt voor het smelten en extruderen van kunststoffen.
De matrijskop bepaalt de vormgeving van de geëxtrudeerde plastic strip.
Koelwatertank-- koelt de geëxtrudeerde plastic strip af.
Stretching oven--- zorgt voor de rekverhouding van de strip en een meer uniforme plastic vorm.
Tractor: strekt het gevormde plastic.
Vormoven--- zorgt verder voor de stabiliteit van de vorm van het plastic.
Wikkelmachine -- wikkelt de gevormde plastic band in rollen en stopt deze in opslag.
PLC-besturingssysteem -- controleert de hele machine, de specificaties en de parameter ratio.
PP-band is geschikt voor ballenmachines:
