Main components
The PP strapping production line is mainly composed of the following parts:
Feeder--- transfers PP polypropylene raw materials to the machine barrel.
Extruder--- used for melting and extrusion of plastics.
Die head--- controls the molding of the extruded plastic strip.
Cooling water tank--- cools the extruded plastic strip.
Stretching oven--- ensures the stretching ratio of the strip and more uniform plastic molding.
Tractor: stretches the formed plastic.
Forming oven--- further ensures the stability of the shape of the plastic.
Winding machine---- winds the formed plastic strapping tape into rolls and puts it into storage.
