PP strapping production line

This PP strapping belt production line is primarily used to produce PP strapping belt for bundling and packaging. The entire equipment utilizes PLC control, enabling high-speed automated production. Utilizing a dedicated PP extruder screw and pressure sensor, it ensures stable production and high-quality strapping belt.

It can use 100% recycled PP flakes or virgin material, or a combination of both, saving manufacturing costs and reducing production expenses.

The finished PP belt is wound neatly, rolled flat, and has no overlap. It is suitable for all kinds of fully automatic and semi-automatic baling machines.

Main components

The PP strapping production line is mainly composed of the following parts:

Feeder---- transfers PP polypropylene raw materials to the machine barrel.

Extruder------ used for melting and extrusion of plastics.

Die head-----controls the molding of the extruded plastic strip.

Cooling water tank----- cools the extruded plastic strip.

Stretching oven------- ensures the stretching ratio of the strip and more uniform plastic molding.

Tractor----- stretches the formed plastic.

Forming oven------ further ensures the stability of the shape of the plastic.

Winding machine------ winds the formed plastic strapping tape into rolls and puts it into storage.

PLC control system------- controls the entire machine, specification debugging, and parameter ratio setting.
