Operation principle of Automatic strapping machine:
Key components:
Including strapping device, heating device, pressing device and cutting device. The strapping device is responsible for feeding the strapping tape into the machine, the heating device heats the strapping tape to the melting point to make it bonded, the pressing device ensures that the strapping tape remains tight during bonding, and the cutting device is used to cut off the excess strapping tape.

Installation of PP belt reel:
1) First, unscrew the handwheel and remove the outer banding disk.
2) Next, load the PP tape roll, the tape ring should be loaded according to the rotational direction marked on the tape disk, and the bracing claws hold up the tape ring.
3) Load the outer belt disk, please note that when loading the outer belt disk, the slot on the disk should be aligned with the pin on the shaft.
4)Tighten the handwheel
