Features of Automatic strapping machine:
Automatic PP Strapping Packing Machine
Key components:
Including strapping device, heating device, pressing device and cutting device. The strapping device is responsible for feeding the strapping tape into the machine, the heating device heats the strapping tape to the melting point to make it bonded, the pressing device ensures that the strapping tape remains tight during bonding, and the cutting device is used to cut off the excess strapping tape.
Working principle:
Taking the strapping machine dedicated to lightweight strapping tape as an example, put the strapping object on the table, adjust the length of the strapping tape, and the machine automatically supplies the strapping tape. The operator wraps the strapping tape around the strapping object, inserts the strapping head to touch the micro switch, and the machine will complete the actions of top strapping, tensioning, cutting, hot melting, pressing, etc. in sequence to complete the single strapping process.
