Features of the fully automatic PP strapping machine:
a: Fully automatic strapping, eliminating the need for manual strapping and offering high efficiency. One fully automatic strapping machine is equivalent to five semi-automatic strapping machines, with a cycle time of 1.5 seconds.
b. Four strapping modes: manual, pedal, automatic, and continuous.
c. Components are precision-machined using CNC machine tools, achieving micron-level accuracy.
d. Key components are constructed of high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials for a long service life.
e. Low noise levels and immediate shutdown after strapping, saving energy and ensuring practical operation.

Installation of PP belt reel:
1) First, unscrew the handwheel and remove the outer banding disk.
2) Next, load the PP tape roll, the tape ring should be loaded according to the rotational direction marked on the tape disk, and the bracing claws hold up the tape ring.
3) Load the outer belt disk, please note that when loading the outer belt disk, the slot on the disk should be aligned with the pin on the shaft.
4)Tighten the handwheel
