Handheld electric strapping machine is a portable and efficient industrial strapping tool. Powered by electricity, it automatically performs the processes of tightening, sealing (or locking), and cutting the strapping band, thus replacing traditional manual or semi-automatic strapping tools.
Working Principle
Wrap the strapping band around the goods, overlapping the two ends and placing them into the tensioning mechanism of the strapping machine.
Activate the tensioning button; the motor-driven mechanism will tighten the strapping band to the preset tension (ensuring the goods are securely fastened).
Trigger the welding/crimping mechanism to secure the overlapping parts (heat-sealing requires brief heating and cooling, while crimping uses direct mechanical locking).
Cut off the excess strapping band to complete one strapping cycle; the entire process takes only a few seconds.
