PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF PET PLASTIC STEEL STRAPPING
PET strapping, also known as PET packing bekt, polyester strapping, or simply "PET strap," is a new type of high-strength, high-tensile plastic strapping made primarily from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) through a specialized process.
Appearance:
Typically translucent, it can become opaque with the addition of a tackifier. The surface may be smooth or feature a prismatic pattern.
ADVANTAGES:
High strength----Some models of PET plastic steel belts are as strong as steel belts and can withstand the weight of heavy industrial products. At the same time, it has a certain elasticity, which can buffer vibration and impact during transportation and reduce the risk of breakage caused by bumps.
Corrosion resistance----PET material is not affected by oil, acid, alkali or humid environment, suitable for sea transportation, chemical product packaging and other scenarios, and can maintain performance in the range of -40℃ to 120℃, avoiding the problem of steel belt rusting and contaminating goods.
