Product Description
PET strapping, also known as PET plastic-steel strapping or PET binding strap, is a high-strength, flexible binding and packaging material made from polyester resin as the core raw material. It is processed through precision processes such as high-temperature extrusion, stretching, heat setting, and embossing, and is an upgraded replacement for traditional sheet metal strapping and PP strapping.
It combines the high strength and sharpness of steel with the flexibility and safety of PP plastic. With its stable physical properties, excellent weather resistance, and high cost-effectiveness, it is widely used for binding heavy goods in various industries, such as steel, aluminum, glass, synthetic fibers, hardware, and cotton. It is currently one of the mainstream consumables for heavy-duty industrial packaging.
- High Strength------- Some models are as strong as steel belts and can withstand heavy industrial product weights. Features elasticity to buffer vibration and impact during transportation, reducing breakage risk from bumps.
- Corrosion Resistance-------- PET material is unaffected by oil, acid, alkali, or humid environments. Suitable for sea transportation and chemical product packaging. Maintains performance from -40℃ to 120℃, avoiding steel belt rusting and product contamination.
- Cost-Effectiveness--------- Density is only 1/6 of steel belt, reducing transportation costs and worker burden.

It has extremely high tensile strength, approaching that of steel belts of the same specification, and more than twice that of ordinary PP belts. At the same time, it retains the flexibility of plastic, effectively cushioning vibrations and impacts during transportation. |
