Product Description
This handheld pneumatic strapping tool is driven by an air compressor and features tension, sealing, and cutting functions. Compact in size and easy to carry, it offers simple operation and is widely used across various industries including papermaking, aluminum, steel, wood, wooden packaging, chemical fiber, cotton, tobacco, chemical industry, and metal products.

Automatically tightens straps wrapped around goods to preset tension, ensuring straps adhere tightly to surfaces and prevent loosening or shifting during transportation and storage.
Secures joints through heat-melt friction bonding. Uses a friction plate to vibrate and rub overlapping strap sections at high speed, generating heat to melt surfaces. Rapid pressure application and cooling fuses them into a strong bond without metal fasteners.
Automatically cuts excess strapping ends after bonding, separating them from the joint. Ensures packaged goods remain neat and aesthetically pleasing while preventing excess strapping from scratching personnel or other goods.
- Air Source Requirements-------- Use dry, clean compressed air. Moisture and impurities can damage pneumatic motor and internal components. Install pneumatic triplex (filter, pressure regulator, lubricator) at air intake.
- Air Pressure Adjustment---------Strictly adjust operating air pressure according to machine nameplate or manual. Low pressure causes loose straps; excessive pressure increases component wear and may damage machine.
- Regular Maintenance--------- Regularly lubricate moving parts and inspect condition of worn components (friction plates, cutters, gears), replacing them promptly.
- Safe Operation-------Keep body and hands away from moving parts (tension pulley, cutter) to prevent pinching. Wear necessary protective equipment including gloves and goggles.
- Appropriate Strapping Strap--------Use PP strapping tape of specifications and quality meeting machine requirements. Inferior strapping tape compromises performance and may damage machine.
