Product Description
This handheld pneumatic strapping tool is driven by an air compressor and features tension, sealing, and cutting functions. Compact in size and easy to operate, it is widely used in industries including papermaking, aluminum, steel, wood, wooden packaging, chemical fiber, cotton, tobacco, chemical industry, and metal products.
- Main Body----- Constructed of high-strength aluminum alloy or steel for durability and high strapping tension resistance
- Air Motor----- Core power source converting compressed air energy into mechanical energy to tighten PP and PET strapping straps
- Tensioning System------ Driven by air motor, tightens straps at high speeds through gear or friction wheel mechanism
- Tightening------ Automatically tightens straps to preset tension, ensuring secure contact with goods surface to prevent shifting during transport and storage
- Adhesion-------- Secures joints through hot-melt friction bonding - uses high-speed vibration to melt strap surfaces, then applies pressure for strong fusion without metal fasteners
- Cutting---------Automatically cuts excess strapping ends after bonding for neat appearance and safety
